As the portfolio continues to expand, our client is seeking a confident, proactive Business Development Executive, ideally fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese, to help grow their landlord base and support a smooth, high-quality experience for new investors joining the business. Youll play a key role in onboarding new landlords, nurturing warm prospects, and ensuring every property is presented and managed to a market-leading standard. Key Responsibilities: Proactively contact and pitch to prospective landlords to grow the managed portfolio. Secure units from portfolio landlords, including additional apartments where it makes practical and commercial sense. Develop targeted marketing strategies and work closely with the marketing team on campaigns to attract new landlords. Conduct market appraisals and valuations, advising on rental levels based on trends, comparables, and seasonal factors. Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients, nurturing relationships and converting them at the right time. Manage the full investor journey - from initial enquiry through to serving notice on their current agent. Collaborate with the lettings team to ensure newly onboarded properties are let quickly and efficiently. Ideal Background Experience in sales, business development, or property (lettings, estate agency, or portfolio management). Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills. Comfortable in an outbound, growth-focused role with warm and semi-warm prospects. Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese (both preferred but not essential).
