Job Opportunity: Leaving Care Worker
We are proud to collaborate with an established provider of supported accommodation services for young care leavers and are seeking experienced Leaving Care Workers to join their expanding team in Greater Manchester.
We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals to support young care leavers through their transition to independence, providing emotional and housing-related support.
The ideal candidates will have experience working in a leaving care or supported housing environment, especially with young people facing emotional, behavioural, and complex needs, helping them rebuild trust and lay a strong foundation for their future.
Applicants must be drivers and have access to a vehicle with business insurance (mileage paid). Immediate availability will be prioritized.
The role is Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00, with some flexibility. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity for suitable candidates.
