Senior Consultant – Legal BD, Marketing & Communications

We are seeking a Business Development Senior Coordinator for our London office in a leading global law firm. This role sits within an established client development function and supports lawyers in driving business growth across pitches, profile‑raising activity and client events. The successful candidate will take a hands-on role preparing business development materials, coordinating pitches, maintaining client and matter content, and supporting client-facing programmes, both virtual and in person.

The position offers exposure to senior stakeholders, close collaboration with marketing, CRM and intelligence teams, and the opportunity to develop within a structured and well‑resourced professional services environment.

Qualifications: Applicants should hold a university degree and have experience within professional services, ideally in a law firm or disputes‑led environment. Strong written communication skills, excellent attention to detail, confidence working with senior stakeholders, and proficiency across Microsoft Office are essential. Experience supporting pitches, events or learning programmes, and familiarity with CRM systems, will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

* Prepare business development materials for pitches, client proposals and communications

* Collaborate with lawyers and senior stakeholders on business development activities


Qualifications
