We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's SW - OP Team in Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality social work services, ensuring the well-being and safety of individuals in our community.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs and circumstances.
* Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and other stakeholders.
* Providing ongoing support and advocacy for clients, ensuring their voices are heard.
* Managing a caseload effectively, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with statutory requirements.
* Participating in multi-disciplinary meetings and contributing to the development of best practices within the team.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
* A relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
* Registered with Social Work England.
* Experience working with adults in a social work capacity.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
