The Role As Project Manager, youll take ownership of installation and site delivery projects, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient completion of new housing and equipment installations. Youll be out on site most of the time, overseeing crews, liaising with clients, and coordinating materials from the workshop through to hand-over. Its a practical, people-focused role that suits someone who enjoys seeing a job done properly from start to finish. What Youll Be Doing Planning and managing installation projects across Northern Ireland (occasional travel to ROI) Coordinating site teams, materials, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule Working with clients and internal teams to ensure equipment and components arrive on time Managing site budgets, reporting progress, and resolving day-to-day issues Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards and site documentation What Were Looking For Experience in site or project management Strong organisational and communication skills Confident leading teams and liaising directly with clients on site Practical understanding of Health & Safety procedures Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel / stay away as required Want to find out more?
