What the Job Involves This position requires you to be the lead officer for the largest and most intricate planning applications, pre-application submissions, and requests for screening and scoping opinions submitted to the Local Planning Authority (LPA). You will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient and effective management of major planning applications, including those involving Planning Performance Agreements (PPA). Additionally, you will collaborate with team leaders and service managers to manage complex planning submissions and contribute significantly to achieving departmental goals.
