About this opportunity
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the general maintenance of the care homes and nursery, with a caring, can-do attitude.
Duties:
• The safety of our service users and staff is really important, so your role will be to make sure the premises and grounds are maintained to a high standard
• You’ll perform regular checks, carry out repairs and, when needed, contact engineers or service agents
• You’ll receive training to become confident in fire, basic electrical and appliance checks
• Faults must be reported and actioned promptly
• We’ll also expect you to keep the grounds looking tidy and carry out general redecoration work

Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role. As well as having a close-knit team coaching and mentoring you onsite.
