* Attend breakdowns, repairs, and routine maintenance visits
* Work safely at all times, following health & safety procedures
* Deliver a high standard of service and customer care
* Use digital systems to log work and support first-time fixes
* Take part in the out-of-hours call-out rota
Escalator Service EngineerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
* Experience with escalators and/or moving walkways
* Strong mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge
* NVQ Level 3 (or working towards with good progress)
* Great communication and a customer-focused mindset
* Full UK driving licence
