About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Team Manager/Leader to join our accommodation-based service in Eastbourne. This is a pivotal role where you will lead a team of reablement and recovery workers supporting individuals with complex mental health needs. You will work closely with an experienced Service Manager to ensure safe and effective service delivery.

Job Opportunity
Key Duties
* Facilitate person-centred support and promote independence.
* Complete dynamic risk assessments and manage incident responses.
* Work with service manager and referring agents to assess needs and develop service offers.
* Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and other policies.
* Manage staff roster and participate in Duty Management Roster.
* Support flexible working to maintain consistent service delivery.
