We are recruiting several Production Operatives for a leading confectionery manufacturer. The role involves assisting in the production process, ensuring products are made, quality checked and packed according to food safety and quality standards.
Working Hours
Days: Monday to Thursday 06:50‑15:00 and Friday 06:00‑12:20
Evenings: Monday to Thursday 14:50‑23:00 and Friday 12:00‑18:00
Full‑time role totals 36 hours per week.

Role Responsibilities
* Operate production line machinery
* Ensure quality and safety of food products
* Package finished products
* Follow strict hygiene and safety regulations
* Monitor production processes
* Report issues to team leader
* Manual handling required
* Check product matches packaging
* Fill in paperwork if required
* Conduct quality control of products
* Follow site rules and procedures
Qualifications
* Be able to work 8–12 hour shift
* Previous experience desirable but not essential
* Be able to commute to Blackburn (BB1)
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
