Delivery Manager Digital & Technology
Salary: Circa £50,000
Location: East Midlands (On-site 2 days per week)
Contract: Permanent, full-time
We are seeking an experienced and driven Delivery Manager to join a forward-thinking university in the East Midlands, playing a key role in shaping and delivering innovative digital and technology solutions.
This is a senior role where you will lead a team of Project Managers to deliver products and services that meet both current needs and long-term strategic goals. Youll be responsible for fostering a collaborative, empowered, and high-performing culture while removing barriers to delivery and ensuring quality outcomes.
What Youll Be Doing
* Lead delivery teams across a portfolio of digital and technology projects.
* Blend Agile, Lean, and other delivery methodologies to suit project needs.
* Build and maintain high-performing teams, ensuring motivation and capability development.
* Oversee delivery flow, pace, and quality standards across all phases of work.
* Identify and resolve risks or blockers to delivery.
* Manage stakeholder relationships with transparency and regular communication.
* Monitor and report on financial delivery performance, balancing cost and value.
What were looking for:
* Proven track record in delivery management, ideally within complex digital/technology environments.
* Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire teams and drive performance.
* Experience adapting delivery approaches to different contexts and evolving requirements.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
* Previous experience within the Education, Not-for-Profit, or Public sector is desirable
