* Is an inspirational leader with collaboration skills.
* Has proven experienc e managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility)."
* Experience managing a large team of employees, including Managers."
* Exposure to financial planning and management."
