Role Responsibilities: Process purchase invoices manually and using our automated scan and capture system Process employee expense claims and credit card statements Prepare payment runs, arranging and settling contras Perform supplier statement reconciliations and review aged creditors reports Resolve queries in conjunction with the Purchasing team Develop good relationships with key suppliers Maintain purchase ledger accounts, posting and allocating payments Input to short term cash flow forecasting Contribute to implementation of new systems, processes, and controls Role Requirements: Purchase Ledger Previous purchase ledger experience with a company that has stock purchases Good Microsoft Office skill Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organised with experience of working in a high volume, fast-paced role Highly motivated, self-starter Methodical and accurate with strong attention to detail Used to working to tight deadlines Experience using Netsuite or similar ERP System Benefits - Purchase Ledger: Competitive salary Private healthcare Pension Free Flu Vac and Eye Tests Cycle to Work scheme Tech scheme Life and Critical Illness Insurance Regular social events Structured Induction programme The legal bits: We are committed to promoting equal opportunities in employment.
