Band 6 Occupational Therapist - Acute Stroke
We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist specialising in Acute Stroke to join our team in Eastbourne UK. What you will do:
1. Conduct thorough assessments of patients with acute stroke to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and comprehensive patient care.
3. Educate patients and their families on the rehabilitation process and strategies to manage daily activities.
4. Regularly evaluate treatment progress and adjust intervention plans as necessary to meet individual patient goals.
5. Maintain accurate records of patient progress and liaise with other healthcare professionals for continuity of care.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Valid HCPC registration
2. Proven experience in acute stroke rehabilitation
3. Full clean driving licence for community visits
