About The Job
The Finance Co‑ordinator is a member of the NIHR BioResource Business team and works closely with business and finance colleagues to support the smooth and timely implementation of new contracts, including new supplier set‑up and compliance with University Financial Regulations. The role supports purchasing activities, including purchase ordering, checking and processing of expense claims, and production and review of monthly finance reports for each NIHR BioResource team. The Finance Co‑ordinator manages all day‑to‑day financial arrangements relating to the agreements NIHR BioResource holds with external partners.
About You
* Experience in using standard Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience of using relevant reporting tools
