We are seeking a Digital Service Assessor to ensure the delivery of high-quality digital services to our users.
Digital Service Assessors play a vital role in ensuring DWP services meet the Government's Service Standard for quality service delivery.

The Service Standard Assurance team ensures that user needs are well understood and appropriately incorporated into the design and delivery of digital services. A key part of this role involves guiding service teams to do the right things, in the right way, at the right time.
As a Digital Service Assessor, you will conduct Service Standard assessments for DWP's larger, more complex services. You will use appropriate methods to produce reports for senior leaders, describing the readiness of services to progress in their digital development.
You will also serve as an ambassador for the Service Standard Assurance, actively participating in forums, meetings, networks, conferences, and online communities to promote its importance.

Location: Our digital hubs are located in Blackpool, Leeds, London, Manchester, Newcastle, and Sheffield. You can choose the most convenient location.
Hybrid Working: We operate a hybrid model, combining remote work with face-to-face collaboration in our hubs.
Pay: Competitive salary of £42,614.
Pension: Excellent civil service pension with employer contributions of 28.97%, worth up to £12,345 annually.
Holidays: Starting at 26 days, increasing to 31 days over time, plus up to 3 additional days per month on flexi-time, and all public holidays.
