Location: Ashington
Salary: £28,851.00 per annum. OTE circa £31,000 per annum (including standby payments)
Hours: 37 per week, Monday to Friday
Contracts: Permanent and Fixed Term Positions; Temporary positions to 31st March 2026.

We are looking to appoint Multi Skilled Operatives, to join Bernicias Property Maintenance and Construction department.

About the Multi Skilled Operative Role:
This role will involve:
assisting trade staff to undertaking all types of work associated with this position, to both domestic and commercial properties to a high standard but also for the delivery of excellent customer service.
Your Experience:
Successful candidates will need:
Required to have good general trade skills
CSCS card as appropriate to the role
Experience of working within a commercial and domestic property environment
Experience of working in a target driven environment
Adapt to change, positively contribute and communicate with effectively
To undertake multi-skilled trade competencies
To understand risk assessments
Ability to deliver work in line with construction drawings.
A sound knowledge of building construction, components and building trades
