About the Role
We are seeking experienced Nursing Home Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to join a respected network of care providers in Lincolnshire while making a real difference in the lives of residents and service users. As an RGN, you will deliver person-centred, clinically safe care and contribute to a supportive, respectful, and empowering environment. Our client operates on a 24/7 basis providing high-quality care, including dementia support, end-of-life care, and complex health needs management.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate individualised care plans
* Administer medication and manage clinical duties safely and effectively
* Provide leadership, guidance, and support to healthcare assistants and care staff
* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
* Maintain accurate care records in line with regulatory standards

Essential Requirements
* Valid NMC registration (RGN)
* Minimum 2 years of working experience within Nursing Homes.
* Up-to-date clinical skills and knowledge of best practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Valid Right to Work in the UK
* Up-to-date DBS certificate (on the Update Service)
* Completed mandatory training
* A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
* Two professional references will be required as part of pre-employment check
Desirable Experience
* Leadership or mentorship training
* Familiarity with electronic patient records (EPR)
* Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and nights
* Full UK Driving Licence (preferred, but not essential depending on client needs)

Pay: £30.00-£45.00 per hour
