Part-Time Recruitment Administrator

Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Teem Recruitment is on the lookout for a friendly and organised Recruitment Administrator to join our busy team in Barrow-in-Furness. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, love chatting with people, and have a knack for keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be supporting our recruitment team with a mix of admin and candidate-focused tasks, including:
* Searching for candidates online
* Reviewing and formatting CVs
* Chatting with candidates over the phone
* Processing temp payroll
* Taking up references
You’ll also help with general admin like:
* Creating weekly reports
* Keeping our database up to date
* Sending confirmation emails
* Uploading confidential documents
* Managing job board posts
* Making sure we stay compliant
And a bit of finance support too:
* Sending invoices
* Chasing up late payments
What We’re Looking For
* Someone with experience in recruitment or admin
* A great communicator with a friendly phone manner
* Organised, reliable, and a real team player
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and online systems
