Deliver effective maintenance services into M&E and Building Fabric to fully meet both contractual and statutory requirements.
Effectively manage all Hard Services operations, including small projects.
Be an essential part of the management of a team who will ensure the safe operation of all plant and equipment on the site.
Responsibility for implementation and management of a permit to work system and compilation of producing a SSoW.
A time served professional with a demonstrable work history within the building services sector
HND or NVQ equivalent in an associated hard services trade (electrical / mechanical / HVAC)
Previous experience in a management role as the team lead with good HR experience across all aspects of people management
Experience with budget control and expenditure with a proven track record of P&L management, effective cost management and margin achievement
Able to compile local policies and procedures whilst demonstrating alignment with group and statutory best practice.
IOSH or NEBOSH qualification - desirable
