Healthcare Delivery Partner – Asthma and COPD – Type: Permanent; Region: North East; Competitive Salary And Benefits.
Join us as a Healthcare Delivery Partner and play a pivotal role in driving population health change. You will identify and lead partnership projects with the NHS centred around patient identification, management, and improved outcomes in Respiratory and Immunology. This role requires you to engage with NHS collaborators and foster strong partnerships, demonstrating improved outcomes through the deployment of tools and services. You will also deliver education to build clinical capability, ensuring continued improvement in clinical practice after project completion.
Accountabilities / Responsibilities
* Maintain excellent product, competitor, therapy area and NHS knowledge together with a thorough understanding of AZ population health strategy, products, and services.
* Develop a deep, data-driven understanding of ICS/PCN patient opportunities by considering local system priorities, health outcomes, prescribing data, and inequalities.
* Shape and deliver the ICS/PCN partnership plan, together with RHM and RBM, aligned with AZ population health strategy.
* Be responsible for program management and delivery to achieve the transformation of care to guideline-directed therapy.
Essential Skills/Experience
* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a bioscience subject, or a professional qualification in healthcare, or clinical experience
* Project/ Key account management experience
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to interact and manage a range of partners, both internally and externally
* Senior stakeholder management experience
Desirable Skills/Experience
* Clinical experience (e.g., Nurse, Pharmacist, Physician’s Assistant, Primary Care Physician, or related scientific degree)
* Knowledge of the ABPI code of practice
* Thorough knowledge or experience of the pharmaceutical industry
* Prior experience in a customer-facing role
* Prior experience and understanding of the respiratory therapy area is advantageous
