Replenishment Planning Assistant - Inside IR35 - 3‑Month Contract - London - Fully onsite
We're seeking a Replenishment Planning Assistant to support global planning activities within a leading retail organisation. You'll help maintain global replenishment line cards, manage weekly stock flows, and partner with regional teams to optimise availability and inventory performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Review global replenishment forecasts and support improvements in accuracy.
2. Maintain global line cards and ensure adherence to the critical path.
3. Partner with regions to identify trading opportunities and support weekly allocations.
4. Contribute to long‑range forecasting and seasonal buy processes.
5. Support management of the global inventory pool, including size‑level forecasting and stock drops.
6. Prepare commercial insights to inform future planning decisions.
7. Ensure line card integrity, data accuracy, and alignment with evolving processes.
What We're Looking For
8. Experience in Planning, Replenishment or Merchandising.
9. Strong analytical, forecasting and Excel skills.
10. Commercial mindset and confident decision‑making ability.
11. Experience with SAP, BRRS or PLM (beneficial but not essential).
