What You'll Be Doing
* Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation teams across multiple sites.
* Conduct desktop surveys and ensure installations meet high-quality standards.
* Interpret mechanical drawings and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
* Oversee daily progress, conduct quality checks, and manage site documentation.
* Maintain health and safety standards and liaise with project managers and subcontractors.
Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing, or Heating & Ventilation.
* Proven experience supervising mechanical or renewable energy installations.
* Gas safe
* SMSTS or SSSTS (or willingness to obtain), valid CSCS card, and full UK driving licence.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Desirable
* MCS-accredited installation experience.
* BPEC/NICEIC certification in heat pumps or solar PV.
* First Aid at Work qualification.
* Experience with ECO4, PAS 2035, or retrofit energy efficiency schemes.
