As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative marketing strategies focused on audience growth, retention, and engagement across the UK and North America. You will lead organic social media efforts, integrate AI-driven content production, and implement data-led retention marketing campaigns to maximise customer lifetime value.
Additionally, you will collaborate across teams, including CRM, Product Marketing, and Digital PR, to drive brand awareness, optimize user engagement, and lead high-impact campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and audience expansion.
You will be responsible for:
* Organic Social Strategy: Define and lead the team to execute a compelling organic social media strategy, driving audience growth and interaction.
* Innovation in Content Production: Champion the integration of AI tools to enhance content creation and adapt to industry advancements.
* Retention Marketing: Design and implement retention-focused marketing campaigns to maximize customer lifetime value.
* Performance Analysis: Present campaign metrics, outcomes, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders with clarity and insight.
You will be accountable for:
* Customer Growth & Retention: Build and nurture a loyal customer base across the UK and North America, focusing on increasing registered user numbers and driving repeat engagement.
* Audience Lifetime Value: Focus on increasing the lifetime value of our audience, with a strong emphasis on repeat usage and influencing betting behaviours.
* Campaign Leadership: Develop and execute rich media campaigns, including co-branded initiatives with strategic partners. Own campaign calendar and manage execution.
* Subscription: Thinking out of the box to develop both acquisition and retention strategies.
You will be supporting:
* CRM Strategy: Work closely with our centralised CRM function to proactively grow our user base through effective customer engagement campaigns.
* Product Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the Product Marketing team to drive the subscription proposition, focusing on both retention and acquisition efforts.
* Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with SEO, Content, Design, and Product teams to refine and execute strategies while maintaining brand integrity and core values.
* Brand: Work closely with the Global Marketing and Brand team to ensure all communications are consistent.
* Product Growth: Collaborate with wider teams to maximize and showcase our range of product offerings.
Your Skillset:
* 5+ years of experience in a growth/audience development marketing role.
* A background in building and retaining audiences.
* A passion for technology and previous experience working within a sports industry.
* Good stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in an agile environment amongst multiple different projects.
* Entrepreneurial worker with a creative and proactive mindset who has a passion for sports.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to think critically.
* Capability to work independently and manage workloads and schedules.
