We're a small, family-run business with a strong track record of success, and we're looking for a proactive Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, develop lasting client relationships, and help drive our continued growth.
About the Role

As Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of developing new business, nurturing existing clients, and guiding a small but dedicated Sales Team. You'll play a key role in shaping how we grow, working closely with colleagues across the business to deliver great service and long-term partnerships.
What You'll Be Doing
Growing sales and expanding the customer base.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Creating and delivering engaging proposals and quotations.
Leading, coaching, and supporting the Sales Team to achieve targets.
Working alongside Marketing to help shape campaigns and identify new opportunities.
Overseeing projects from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring customers are delighted with the outcome.
Reporting on activity and performance, and suggesting ways to improve how we work.
About You
We're looking for someone who's commercially minded, people-focused, and not afraid to get stuck in. You'll bring:
Proven experience in B2B sales and business development.
A track record of achieving targets and building strong client relationships.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience leading or mentoring others.
A practical, down-to-earth approach and a willingness to learn and adapt.
