Job Description
Due to continued growth within our business we have an exciting opportunity to join our Financial Services team as a Client Manager.
The role will involve:
* Producing illustrations
* Obtaining valuations
* Client review tasks, daily, monthly & annual
* Fund switch processing
* New business processing
* Existing business maintenance
* Policy issue processing
* Admin support to Financial Advisors and Directors
* Processing incoming and outgoing post
* Answering incoming calls
* Welcome clients & occasionally accompanying appointments
Essential Functions:
* Ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
* Maintain financial records and files in organised detail.
* Provide administrative support to clients and financial advisors.
* Other duties as assigned by department manager.
Competencies:
* Excellent oral and written communication Skills.
* Ability to work independently and as a team member.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
