Equities Sales Trainee / Assistant (2026) – CICC
Responsibilities
* Maintaining and building the business relationship with assigned institutional accounts.
* Working closely with client’s investment and research personnel.
* Presenting research services and advising clients on investment opportunities.
* Helping with client request (data, corporate access, research requests), conference call translations and content generation including daily emails etc.
Qualifications
* Willing to accept relocation to London, UK.
* Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values.
* Domestic and overseas graduates whose graduation time falls no later than August 2026 (subject to the Graduation Certificate, or as certified through zwfw.cscse.edu.cn/ for overseas graduates) and also those who are unemployed within two years of graduation, Master degree or above.
* Economics or Finance majors preferred.
* Good understanding of sales and trading business.
* Sound knowledge of domestic or international capital markets and the firm's products and services.
* Excellent academic credentials and achievement.
* Strong drive to succeed in a team-oriented environment and good communication.
* Strong passion for financial market and sales job.
* Before onboarding, candidates shall pass the professional qualification mandatory for this position.
