The Role of Sales Administrator
We are seeking a motivated and organised Sales Administrator to join our team. This role combines sales support with administrative duties, providing variety and the opportunity to work closely with both the sales and accounts departments.
Key Responsibilities
Handling customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
Prepare and process quotations and sales orders in line with targets
Be proactive in providing updates to the customer in order to deliver a positive customer experience
Maintain accurate customer records and CRM data
Liaise with external sales representatives and suppliers
Assist the accounts department with general administrative tasks (e.g. invoicing, filing, data entry)
Support day-to-day office operations
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, or office administration
Confident in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment
A proactive team player with a positive attitude
Focused on delivering results
Evidence of a ‘self-starter’ who does not require close supervision
