About The Role
Due to our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an Account Executive to join our team based at our Head Office in Thorpe Park, Leeds, LS15 8ZB.
As an Account Executive the main focus of the role is to ensurethe delivery of services and effective Account Management for our clients, ensuring contracts are consistently managed in line with agreed KPIs
Working Pattern
* 37.5 hours per week
* 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday ( +1 weekend paid as overtime per month)
Duties and Responsibilities
•Working as part of a management team ensuring high standards of service, customer satisfaction as per agreed client KPIs
•Manage the time and attendance system, ensuring all records are accurate and maintained with attendance, sickness etc
•Building and maintaining positive site-level client relationships
•Provision of information to cleaners relating to their role (clocking in details, cleaning spec. etc.)
•Cover clean management, utilizing existing workforce
•Monitoring clocking compliance and driving use of T&A system in accordance with SBFM policy
•Ensuring health & safety legislation is followed at all times.
•Escalate concerns to Contract Manager, as necessary.
•Respond to ad hoc requests from Operations Director/Office Manager
•Completing stock check and follow agreed process for ordering
•Order all stock for sites within agreed budgets
•Completion of monthly RAG calls
•Reporting repairs via internal processes
•Creating PO requests
•Packing and posting of postal items to sites
•Support with the delivery of mobilisation tasks, including but not limited to: consultations, stock orders, T&A set up, uniforms and site packs etc.

Qualifications and Skills
•Demonstrable experience in a Customer Service Role
•Excellent communication skills
•IT literate
•A proactive approach and an excellent eye for detail, methodical and organised
•Self-motivated, confident and an engaging approachable manner with a ‘can do’ flexible attitude to work requirements
•Excellent client focus
•Team player and able to motivate others
•Ability to prioritise and produce accurate work meeting deadlines under pressure
