Waking Night Support Worker – Children’s Residential Home Location: Horsham, West Sussex (driver essential due to rural location) Salary: £27,000 – £29,000 per annum Hours: 21:30 – 08:00, full-time, permanent We’re looking for a caring and dependable Waking Night Support Worker to join our committed team at a children’s residential home just outside Horsham. Our home supports children and young people aged 8–17 who have experienced significant trauma or adversity. Many of the young people we care for present with emotional and behavioural challenges, and your role during the night is crucial in maintaining a calm, safe and nurturing environment.
