🚀 Senior Group FP&A Manager
📍 Hybrid | 💰 £90,000 – £100,000 + Bonus
Radley Green is partnering exclusively with a global, private equity-backed technology business undergoing a period of rapid growth and transformation, to recruit a Senior Group FP&A Manager.
This is a high-impact role reporting directly into senior leadership, with the opportunity to build and shape a best-in-class FP&A function in a fast-evolving, international environment.
🌟 The Opportunity
You will play a key role in driving financial insight, supporting strategic decision-making, and leading critical initiatives including M&A, systems implementation, and process improvement.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
* Lead all Group FP&A activities including monthly reporting, budgeting, and reforecasting
* Manage and develop a team of 2 FP&A Analysts
* Partner with the CFO and Head of FP&A on strategic projects (M&A, board reporting, financing)
* Deliver high-quality analysis and insight to senior leadership and exec teams
* Support group-level business partnering (e.g. third-party spend)
* Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes, tools, and systems
👤 About You
* ACA / CIMA qualified with strong industry experience (TMT sector preferred)
* Proven track record within FP&A in a large, complex or PE-backed environment
* Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
* Commercially astute with the ability to balance detail with strategic thinking
* Confident working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
