Set in over 5 acres of landscape gardens, St Nicholas Village is a specialist, multisite care community based on our core beliefs of always placing our residents first, and applying positive intent in all that we do.
We are seeking to grow the team with the addition of an ambitious, dedicated and passionate Learning and Development Specialist, who is able to formulate training plans to support the range of individual requirements; Learning Disability, Autism, Acquired Brain Injury, Dementia, Mental Health and Physical Health needs.
This new exciting, fresh opportunity has arisen to become a key part in the development of the service, and be hands on in delivering training to ensure quality care is delivered, across the site.
The Village provides a regional service across Northern England, North Wales and beyond and we are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled individual to head up this part of our work, with the support of the wider training and management team.
This successful candidate will be responsible for high quality design, delivery and monitoring of induction, mandatory, practical and specialist learning for all colleagues across St Nicholas Village, and be part of a larger training team across the group.
We are looking for people who have extensive experience in a similar role and display the right values and approach all situations in a positive, professional, friendly and trustworthy manner. The successful candidate will need to have a passion for training and have an enthusiastic, approachable personality, that will inspire and drive others.
The salary for this position is negotiable depending on qualifications, experience and personal qualities and will be discussed further during interview.
The hours for this role are also flexible and open for further discussion, for the right candidate.
