A leading construction and property consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to support its continued growth. The business provides project management, cost consultancy and strategic advisory services across residential, mixed-use and regeneration sectors, partnering with major housebuilders, developers and investors.
This opportunity suits a confident, client-facing professional with strong technical expertise and a proven ability to deliver complex new-build and refurbishment projects at scale.
You will take responsibility for projects ranging from £10m through to £170m masterplans, leading delivery from inception to completion and acting as a trusted advisor to key clients on high-profile developments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale new-build and refurbishment schemes.
2. Manage projects through feasibility, design, procurement, construction and handover.
3. Oversee programme, cost, risk and stakeholder management.
4. Coordinate closely with design teams, consultants and contractors to drive successful outcomes.
