The role As Sous Chef, youll play a key leadership role in the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef and helping maintain the standards and culture were building.
You will:
Lead the kitchen team in the Head Chefs absence
Support menu development, stock management and kitchen compliance
Help maintain a calm, organised and professional service environment
Support and develop junior members of the team
Drive consistency, quality and attention to detail on every service
Work closely with the team to motivate and deliver great food, every day
