Our Bunbury Department is looking for its next Parts Supervisor As the Parts Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our Bunbury Parts Department. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you'll lead a team of dedicated personnel, providing strong leadership and guidance to deliver exceptional service to our valued customers. Key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations within the Parts Department, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Understanding and anticipating customer requirements and needs, delivering tailored solutions to meet their expectations, and developing new, cost-effective plans and identify marketing opportunities to enhance the Parts Department's performance and profitability. Location: Bunbury Roster: 5/2 10.5hrs (Permanent Full-Time) To be successful the following is required: Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within a parts or equipment-related industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both customers and team members. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Familiarity with Caterpillar equipment and parts is advantageous but not essential.
