Thisisaseniormiddleofficerolecombining technicalexpertise,peoplemanagementandstakeholderengagement .Youwillleadaspecialistloanexecutionteamresponsiblefortheoperationalcontrol,documentationreviewandbookingofcomplexlendingtransactionsacrossloans,whileworkingcloselywithFrontOffice,RiskandOperationsteams.
RoleOverview
As VPLoanMiddleOfficeManager ,youwillactasasenioroperationalsubjectmatterexpertwith overallsupervisoryresponsibility fortheday-to-dayactivitiesoftheexecutionteam.Youwillensurelendingdocumentationisfullyalignedwithapprovedcreditterms,allconditionsaresatisfiedpriortofunding,andtransactionsareexecutedinlinewithinternalpolicyandregulatoryrequirements.
Therolealsocarries directpeoplemanagementresponsibility anddeputisesfortheTeamManager,makingitidealforanexperiencedmiddleofficeprofessionallookingtostepintoabroaderleadershippositionwithinaglobalbankingenvironment.

LeadandsupervisetheLoanExecutionControlteam,withdirectlinemanagementresponsibilityforapproximately56teammembers
Provideoperationaloversightandapprovaloflendingdocumentation,ensuringproductsmeetbookingandcontrolrequirements
