Full-Cycle Growth Partner for Digital App Owners | Operations Manager At Applica
We’re looking for an ASO Creative Specialist who will own the creative production process and act as the main creative point of contact for our ASO and UA teams.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of design principles, and the ability to analyze data to develop high-performing creative strategies.
Responsibilities
* Manage creative production for multiple worldwide apps.
* Collaborate with the ASO team to ideate and produce compelling organic creatives, conduct A/B testing from analysis and planning to delivery.
* Conduct app creative market research via spy tools and open sources.
* Arrange creative idea generation flow, lead brainstorming sessions, and ideation.
* Drive the creation and oversight of ASO assets, ensuring they support our goals and comply with brand guidelines.
* Craft detailed creative briefs for producing marketing assets across ASO, ASA, and initiatives centred around clear, strategic hypotheses.
* Take charge of small-to-medium design projects, showcasing initiative and leadership to bring creative concepts to fruition. Ensure timely delivery of creative projects and assets, meeting the specifications of the performance and growth teams. Effectively manage project budgets and resources.
* Work closely with the marketing team and creative lead, including graphic designers and motion designers, to develop and execute creative projects. Ensure that all creatives are optimized for various devices and platforms.
* Provide ongoing feedback during the production process and oversee the quality and consistency of all creative outputs. Make necessary adjustments to projects based on performance results.
* Continuously analyze the effectiveness of ASO assets and campaigns to gauge their impact and success, using insights from data to refine and enhance future creative projects.
* Provide clear feedback to the artists on the visual layouts.
* Analyze ASO metrics and make data‑driven decisions on creative production.
* Find new ways to improve CRO production.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year in performance marketing roles such as Creative Producer, Senior Graphic Designer, ASO Specialist, with hands‑on experience in creative process within relevant industries.
* Proficiency in graphic design software such as Figma.
* Strong understanding of ASO and UA asset production.
* A portfolio demonstrating your journey from idea to impactful creative execution, showcasing a broad range of content.
* Understanding of key metrics (CTR, CR, etc.) with the ability to analyze creative test results and make data‑driven decisions.
* Great understanding of App Store / Google Play guidelines and requirements for visual assets (Icon / Screenshots).
* Understanding of creative production processes and pipelines.
* Stay current with industry trends, advertising developments, and emerging design technologies.
* Comfortable with a highly iterative creative process, testing ideas quickly and learning from each iteration.
* Ability to think creatively and produce superb work under tight deadlines.
* Can navigate within different areas of creative production, including color correction/grading/cleanup, and exporting different file formats.
* Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
* English B2+ level.
