Role: Desktop Support
Location: Woking (Surrey)
Job Responsibilities
* Must be able to work from office for all 5 days a week in Woking (Surrey)
* Provide comprehensive technical and customer support services to VIPs users
* Provide on‑site support when required or as requested by the VIP or Executive Authorized User; offer additional features to VIPs
* Serve as the single point of contact for all hardware and software topics, including laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices. Assume complete ticket resolution and follow up with users.
* Assess reported incidents and take initiative and ownership to resolve them
* Replicate and resolve VIP incidents in the software & hardware environment
* Provide support services for newly hired VIPs as well as existing VIPs
* Offer VIP support remotely over the phone, in‑person at the home office, or at times at the VIP’s home
* Partner with Conference Room Support Teams to ensure seamless technology at meetings with VIPs
* Perform IMAC‑related tasks as assigned
* Create and submit detailed call logs documenting customer interactions with accuracy, thoroughness, and timeliness
* Perform customer support related tasks and special projects as assigned by management
* Liaise interdepartmentally to seek resolutions to all reported incidents
* Communicate with IT Infrastructure support groups to appropriately escalates incidents and follow up to drive resolution for the customer
* Organize and utilize all support resources provided including email, documentation, contact lists, etc.
* Having knowledge of Webex meeting rooms is an added advantage
