Key Objectives of the role
* Achieve maximum, balanced profitability on sales of finance and insurance products
* Ensure the implementation and management of sales and referral processes
* Deliver the highest degree of customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty
* Work with the Sales Executives to ensure customer awareness of product range, including extended warranty, finance facilities and all recommended add-on products
* Help us to achieve industry-leading standards of customer care and process efficiency
* Engage fully with the latest digital tools to achieve a fully blended experience
* To ensure you and the team are fully trained and authorised to sell finance and insurance products in line with FCA guidelines, treating the customer fairly
* Transaction Manager experience - preferable
* Understanding of finance and insurance products - preferable
* FCA Accredited - Essential
* Excellent customer satisfaction skills - essential
* Compliance (experience of working within a regulatory/process orientated environment) - Essential
