You will be responsible for the day – day smooth running of the branch, you will be the person that Consultants and Administrators would report into and you will provide them with support, assistance, and coaching. Your main goal will be to improve productivity and achieve peak performance levels. You will also be supporting the opening of other branches throughout 2022/2023 so there will be a planned progression. Other duties will include: You will also be responsible for the growth of your team and financial revenue, this will involve maximising revenue from existing clients, and actively seeking other recruitment opportunities from prospect customers. You will have a good geographical knowledge of your branch area and the target market, and any new trends that you spot that could help the branch generate more business opportunities. Regular meetings with existing clients and ensuring we are fully meeting their needs. Managing a team of Consultants, this will include daily morning meetings to establish the day's goals, monthly 121 meetings to discuss previous month and forecasting, yearly appraisals and reviewing salaries as well as setting realistic KPI’s and offering the relevant coaching and support to help your Consultants exceed their targets. Evaluating employee performance and ensuring you are feeding this back constructively. You will need to motivate your team and ensure that your team is always engaged. Developing and implementing sales plans Drafting forecasts and business plans and sending these out to the Operations Director weekly. Managing budgets, allocating branch funds, and defining financial objectives Recruiting new employees Coordinating with the groups other branches to share knowledge or potential leads. Resolving any customer problems that may arise. Organising marketing activities and events for the branch Complying with all applicable laws and regulations for the industry within your state Who we are looking for We are ideally looking for someone with previous experience as a Branch Manager, with an existing knowledge of Abingdon and surrounding area’s market.
