We are seeking a confident, experienced Vet with a passion for mentoring and leadership, and a drive for implementing ongoing improvements and effective processes to enable our practice to grow. This role could be a step up for you, offering an excellent opportunity to lead and nurture a friendly, close-knit team, or you may have already been in a similar role. You will have autonomy to arrange Vet meetings and clinical audits, with all admin support provided by your Practice Manager. Our aim is to deliver exceptional customer care to our loyal local clients. You will have a mix of operational and consult days, and you can choose your schedule!
Our practice is located in the market town of Aylsham, close to the North Norfolk coasts and a short drive from Norwich City. The position is up to 40 hours per week (negotiable), with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings. Part-time applications are welcome. We understand the importance of work-life balance and have no out-of-hours or on-call commitments. We love what we do, and our pride lies in providing 20-minute consultations to ensure the best possible care.
This role allows you to maintain your clinical skills while developing leadership and business management abilities. Experience in colleague development, practice financial stability, and growth would be advantageous. A comprehensive training suite is available, and you will be supported by an experienced Senior Practice Director.
Salary is up to £75,000 FTE per annum, dependent on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including:
