Mobile Health Assessment Specialist

£28,922.10 per year plus Commission, Overtime, Expenses and Benefits (OTE of up to £32,000 - £34,000 per year including salary and commission)

Full time, 40 hours per week


Field Based – Locations

People residing in the following areas: Rainham, Dagenham, Romford, Hornchurch, Chadwell Heath.


Overview

As a Health Assessment Specialist at Bluecrest Wellness you help people take control of their health and wellbeing. You meet customers who rely on your support, reassurance and professionalism, and the impact you make can genuinely change lives.


Responsibilities, Hours and Day‑to‑Day

You will work four 10‑hour shifts a week (total 40 hours), scheduled between 6am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday. The rota is prepared three weeks in advance, and you can request up to two days off per month if needed.

Travel is a regular part of the role. You may need to drive up to two hours to reach the venue. For any drives over 1.5 hours, we provide paid accommodation and a meal allowance. Depending on the venue, you may also travel by public transport.

You will set up equipment, greet customers, and conduct 15–22 customers a day, with appointment times ranging from 10 to 45 minutes.

Throughout the day you will carry out a variety of health assessments, such as:

* PAD
* ECG
* Phlebotomy (once qualified)
* Lung Function
* Body Composition
* And more

You will also offer guidance on appropriate further testing and keep all necessary administration up to date.


What We’d Like to See from You

* A full UK licence and access to a car to transport your kit.
* Ability to work any days between Monday and Sunday, at any times between 6am and 10pm, on a rota basis.
* Must be able to use a computer, laptop, phone or tablet to a satisfactory degree.
* Clear DBS (we will process this on your behalf).
* Ability to travel up to 2 hours away from home to perform the role, and occasional overnight stays if required.
* Be living within the correct distance of the regional location of the role.
* Ability to attend the Milton Keynes head office for the first two weeks of training (we will provide paid accommodation and meal allowance if required).
* A real willingness to learn and take on new skills.
* Strong customer service, written and verbal communication, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
* Previous experience working with customers, offering further products or services (upselling) and working to targets or KPIs.
* Previous experience in phlebotomy or other clinical procedures and a demonstration of good clinical knowledge are desirable but not essential.
* General interest in health and wellbeing, and the ability to work proactively, show empathy and compassion, and be resilient.
* Willingness to upsell further products.
* Ability to lift, carry and set up the kit required for the role.
* Part of the onboarding process will require a satisfactory enhanced criminal records check (covered by us).
