Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations. The Sales Administrator will handle administrative tasks, coordinate with internal departments, manage customer accounts, and help drive the sales process forward efficiently.
This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process sales orders, quotes, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
* Manage customer accounts, update records, and maintain CRM systems.
* Liaise with internal departments (e.g. logistics, finance, customer service) to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and on time.
* Track and monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers and sales team.
* Prepare sales reports and performance summaries for management.
* Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing travel, and preparing presentations or proposals.
* Assist in the preparation of contracts and sales documentation.
* Handle inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders professionally and efficiently.
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive sales data and client information.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a sales administration, sales support, or similar administrative role.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.
Preferred:
* Experience in B2B Sales
* Understanding of sales processes and order-to-cash cycle.
* Strong customer service orientation.
Working Hours & Benefits:
* Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
