Receptionist Required The Cyber Quarter is looking for a receptionist to cover a busy desk and to undertake administrative tasks, working 18.5 hours a week. The role will be initially working on a 12 month contract, but has the potential to be extended. The right candidate will need excellent customer service skills to handle each query in a professional manner, while being proactive and maintaining a positive attitude towards the role at the reception desk. General Duties: Covering reception General administrative duties Helping with events being held on site Monitoring the premises for cleanliness and reporting any issues Note taking for attended meetings Assisting with the completion of weekly compliance checks Being the first point of contact for phones calls and emails The Right Candidate Must Have: Excellent customer service skills A positive attitude in problem solving and finding solutions A proactive approach Competent in using Microsoft Packages About You About Us Located on Skylon Park, the Midlands Centre for Cyber Security provides workspace for small and start-up businesses in Cyber Security, along with access to a range of specialist cyber security related facilities for the sector including a cyber range room and high-speed broadband as well as providing laboratory space and event hosting.
