With more than 550 stores all around the world, Games Workshop stores are a gateway to the worlds of Warhammer. As retail staff, you will be the first point of contact, introducing customers to the Warhammer worlds and helping them fulfil their Warhammer aspirations.
Responsibilities
* Welcome new customers into the worlds of Warhammer by providing hands‑on hobby guidance.
* Create a fun and engaging atmosphere for all customers.
* Make decisions that help grow the store and keep the Warhammer hobby alive in the local community.
* Manage staff and work with the team to maintain professionalism and organisation.
Qualifications
* Customer focused, cheerful and professional, turning every customer interaction into a positive and memorable experience.
* Ability to manage staff, be organised and present yourself professionally at all times.
* Strong inclination to understand and prioritise the needs of Games Workshop in your work.
