Please note this role is only for UK-based individuals currently on a skilled worker/healthcare visa, looking to switch sponsorship to another domiciliary care company. You must already have your own accommodation near the vacancy, a full English driving license (or your country's license if you've been in the UK less than 12 months), care experience, and confidence in driving in the UK.
Candlelight Care is able to offer sponsorship switches on a limited basis in the following areas: Sherborne, Dorset; Wincanton, Somerset; Gillingham, Dorset.

Responsibilities include providing emotional and practical support, assisting with personal care, domestic tasks, food preparation, medication management, and using mobility aids. You will report any significant changes in clients' health or circumstances to the Registered Manager.
We aim to encourage clients to remain as independent as possible while safeguarding their wellbeing.

Qualifications include at least two years of care experience in domiciliary, care home, or hospital settings, not necessarily in the UK. You must already be in the UK on sponsorship and willing to switch to Candlelight Care. A driver’s license and access to your own vehicle are required. Relocation to the Wimborne area is preferred, especially if you are nearby.
