Scope
We are looking for a technical business analyst to translate business needs into technical and functional requirements and excellent understanding of complex data and good understanding of databases. This is a great opportunity to work with an experienced and highliy skilled development team with a new product and fast moving environment.
Responsibilities
* Act as a liaison between the business and development teams.
* Analyze and transform high-level business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
* Defining scope of the sprint and keeping the team aware of progress to complete the planned work.
* Recommend procedural and business process workflow changes, improvements, and program modifications to improve accuracy and efficiency.
* Understand and anticipate business needs and proactively address them.
* Review and assist with the implementation of system procedures necessitated by the introduction of new products, policy changes, and system software enhancements and maintenance.
* Conducts Sprint Planning to define scope, groom the backlog with the IT Product Manager and the team and define the Release plan
* Supports the prioritization, software development and delivery of user stories within the sprints for each program increment, and validates the user stories against acceptance criteria.
* Managing the development team

Skills And Qualifications
* 5 years+ of experience in a technical Business Analyst role.
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field a distinct advantage
* Solid understanding of multi-tiered technology solutions with experience in end-to-end design and development of comprehensive solutions for integration with multiple applications and third-party vendors
* Hands on experience as a technical business/systems analyst with proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
