About the role…
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Complex Care Assistant to provide 1 night per week support within a paediatric complex care package, supporting a child in their own home in the Paulton (Bath) area.
This is a waking night position, requiring attentive, hands-on care throughout the night monitoring seizure activity and ensuring safety, comfort, and well being, while following individualised care plans and clinical guidance.
This role is ideal for someone who is:
1. Looking for a regular, consistent waking night shift
2. Experienced or interested in paediatric complex care
3. Calm, patient, and confident working independently overnight
Requirements:
4. Previous experience in a paediatric complex care is preferred
5. Local to the Bath area
6. A caring, patient, and compassionate nature
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills
8. Reliable, punctual, and able to follow care plans
9. Driver desirable, but not essential
10. Must have the right to work in the UK

11. £14.75 – £14.98 per hour – increasing to £21.30 on bank holidays
