As People & Culture Lead, you will manage a small HR and L&D team and be responsible for shaping and delivering the organisation's end-to-end HR and Learning & Development strategy. You will champion a high performance, inclusive, and values driven culture, ensuring people capability and leadership excellence are at the heart of business success. The ideal candidate will have 50/50 experience across both HR and L&D.

Strategic Leadership
- Partner with the SLT to define and implement a forward looking People & Culture strategy aligned to organisational goals
- Lead and develop a team to deliver a cohesive people agenda
