We’re working exclusively with a well-established, highly reputable, boutique managing agent who are looking to hire an additional Property Manager as follows: -
* Hybrid working, 2 days home, 3 days office
* Office is modern/newly refurbished and located close to mainline railway (and tube), offering excellent transport links from almost any location
* c400 unit, high quality London portfolio
* You will undertake the full range of Property Management duties from budget setting to major works
* QUBE exposure beneficial but not essential
* Stable career history essential, our client prides itself on continuity of service and expects the same level of commitment from its Property Managers
* This position has become available through internal promotion / new blocks won
Starting salary up to £50k (possibly negotiable) based on experience and qualification.
Suitable candidates will need to live within commuting range of Central / SE London and be prepared to work office based 3 days per week (unless on site).
